The village of Guptapada, Odisha! 🇮🇳
A short video I made back in July of 2016 showing life in the village of Guptapada, Odisha. This is a village which has been adopted by the Amrita organization which hosts many programs like Amrita Serve which focuses on sustainable development in the village as a whole and Ammachi labs which hones in on Womens equality development and gender equality education.
This video is meant to give a glimpse into the local culture and village which is located near to Bhubaneshwar in Odisha state (formerly knows as orissa).
I was very much grateful for my time getting to document such impactful work on the ground level in India. My upmost respect and gratitude to the woman who has made these projects possible, Mata Amritanandamayi Devi!
